The Viticultural practices at Rocca are strict: organic fertilization, short pruning and green pruning. The very low production per hectare results in remarkable concentration for these wines.

Deep garnet red in color, the Bric Ronchi has an intense nose packed with fruity aromas of cherry and blackberry, layered with notes of vanilla, toasted nuts, and sweet spices.  Rich, soft, and quite fresh on the palate, it has fine tannins and good length.
